the trips

The theme I come to speak, It's about traveling. It Is very important travel in the life, because It helps us to know other realities, other peoples and also have news friends.

The trips helped me to know the nature, trees, the different birds, and different animals walking in the forest. See these landscapes make me very happy, because it is different from what is in a city, where almost everything is gray.

In the last time, I have traveled for three consecutive years in summer as in winter, observing different seasons and different things in each one of them. For example, in winter season in the Bio Bio region, migrations of birds are frequent, who come in search of food and shelter. Many birds perch in the tops of the trees in giant flocks, and when a human approaches, all birds fly obscuring the sky altogether.

In the summer, I have traveled from Santiago, knowing the south until almost the end of the austral road, until a place called Puerto Rio Tranquilo. In the last year, I met Cerro Castillo, a place where you can observe condores, huemules, foxes, rabbits and even cougars. Also, you can eat a lot of Calafate, a fruit that grows in a shrub only in Patagonia. When you get up the mountain in the reserve of Cerro Castillo, you can see the General Carrera lake and almost the whole region, you can also see more than 4 glaciers, it is a beautiful place.

The trips allow us to have another look on the world

    I traveled in the summer towards the austral road too. Puerto Rio Tranquilo is beautiful, the lake General Carrera is amazing.

Vegan food

I think cooking is my biggest activity in free time because I like to taste new flavors and smells. I am a vegan and the transformation in my diet has been very entertaining since I had to learn to cook for myself. Today I will talk about how I learn to cook and eat vegan food.  When I was a kid, I always ocuppied the kitchen and liked very much to cook. When I was about eight years old, I used knives and spoons to mix fruits and pasta, or vegetables and sugar. This was not a very good combination, sweet with salty, so it was impossible to eat. With the pass of the years, I learned to cook better because my diet changed. I stop eating meat, because I did not liked anymore and I have a lot of love for the animals, so I think that is not good to eat nothing that comes from them. In my career, we study differents areas of  psychology. For example: social psychology, juridic psychology, clinical psychology, educational psychology, etc. This areas are always communicate, because the authors and theorists that we reading in class, are related and repeated in other class. For example, in the clinical psychology we read a book of Freud, but in the juridic psychology also we read Freud. Today, i want talk about the social psychology, in specific, about the class of memory and violence politic. This class is very important for understand the politic process in the history of Chile, because show differents cases in dictatoship, cases of politic violence for example, missings persons, torture centers and photography that explain the reality in this time.
